Returns + Exchanges
We do not issue any refunds. We issue exchange or store credit ONLY.
All sale, discounted, and exchanged merchandise is final sale. We will not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations on sale orders or any other purchases made with a discount, or any purchases made with discount from previously returned item.
In order to receive an exchange or store credit the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the exact condition it was shipped.
- Submit all return requests to email@example.com. Please include a copy of your order, photos and reason for return. You will receive a reply within 1-2 business days.
- Drop off your package at your local USPS location. Make sure you receive a receipt for the package you drop off at your local carrier service.
- After return has been processed, if we determine that the item is defective we will issue you a store credit code for amount of purchase and shipping.
